oh pretty baby.

loving this image i stumbled upon tonight while perusing one of my favorite blogs, dress design decor.

what i wouldn't do for that lovely hard wood floor, adorable side table and matching antique mirrors above that bed that is just waiting for me to crawl into. who's with me? oh, and that kitty looks an awful lot like a certain mr. jones that i get to snuggle with every night.

my good friend bea over at my miscellani has the cutest poodle.  this isnt him, but this looks just like him and he was just rescued from a puppy mill. because bea already has a sweet puppy she cant have this one- if anyone wants to adopt this sweet baby, email me and i will get you the info. also check out bea's blog its pretty great and you cant see lots of pictures of her poodle chester and her fabulous life in NYC.

i went on a bike ride on lakeshore down to navy pier yesterday, i was so fun. and so windy. i am loving that chicago is such a bike friendly city, lexington was the total opposite. here are some pictures of my little adventure.

i had to ride head on into the wind on the way back north to lincoln park. i could hardly pedal. (embarrassing? yes.) so we had to stop and take a break.

we went to the wrigley rooftop this weekend and it was super fun! here are some of the very few pictures i took of my first weekend in chicago!

spending 10 hours in a rental car driving to paris from nice.. stopping along the way to eat gas station food and pose for pictures in front of the alps.

drinking wine on an overnight train..

carafe stealing, murano buying and getting bug bitten in venice. 

having scary adventures in interlochen, but eating enough fondue to make up for it.

and just basically having the best time ever, with the best friends in the world.
